Manufactured and distributed by MRI, 8-FX claims to affect all 8 common causes of fat and obesity. So what are those 8 points you may ask? They include higher metabolism, fat oxidation, optimal thyroid activity, increased focus and alertness, increased energy, improved mood, increased norepinephrine, and cAMP mediated fat breakdown. However, despite what they would have you believe, the natural diet industry has not actually found a way to control the thyroid, nor is a sluggish thyroid a common medical issue in the first place. Aside from that, they use small proprietary blends of relatively average ingredients like green tea. We would be more impressed with their use of coleus forskohlii. But again it is a matter of the quantities. That particular ingredient is included in a 395.8mg proprietary blend along with 8 other ingredients. Coleus Forskohlii in and of itself requires at least 300mg per day to have the desired effect. At $59.99 per 30 day supply, MRI is blatantly ripping you off with 8-FX. The formula is too weak to support even minimal weight loss.
