Abs+ is a weight loss pill designed to help you increase lean body weight and boost metabolism. It is predicated on only two ingredients that they claim will not only help you to lose weight, but they will actually target belly fat and therefore, as the name suggests, help you to get healthier and more attractive abs.

What Makes Abs+ Work?

What ingredients make this product effective? Green Tea, and CLA are the main ingredients. Green tea has of course been through literally hundreds of different studies showing that it can promote greater thermogenic fat burning. And likewise, the simple fact is that CLA has been shown to promote greater thermogenic fat burning in the right amounts.

But neither of these target the abs. Nothing is really known to target one area of fat. You burn fat in general and it will come off in whatever areas your body allows. This being said, they don’t even have the required 400mg of green tea, let alone do they have the required 4500mg of CLA! And even if they did have CLA in the right amounts, that’s only an extra 2 pounds per year.

Final Thoughts

So obviously, we would recommend that you find something else. Abs+ simply doesn’t measure up. It has a couple of good ingredients. But it does not take a comprehensive approach by any means, and it does not give you the right amounts of anything. In all reality, Abs+ does not have anything that you would need to promote real and lasting weight loss results, and they cannot target the abs. That is just junk promotions. We would recommend that you find something else.
