Accelis
One of the newer family of stimulant free weight loss supplements, Accelis claims that you can “lose an average of 10.65 pounds fast.” What is fast, and why that particular? But bad marketing aside, the idea of using stimulant free weight loss does obviously appeal to many. After all, why wouldn’t you want to lose more weight without having to suffer through any annoying side effects in general terms? Why wouldn’t you want to try something out to see if it had a chance?
How does Accelis work?
Accelis uses a 30mg proprietary blend of lagerstroemia speciosa, caffeine free green tea, caffeine free white tea, chamomile, passionflower, soy phospholipids, etc. Now in some ways, this does have what you are looking for. It has good ingredients like green tea that could help you to burn more fat and lose more weight.
Is it that great?
In case you were wondering, 30mg doesn’t even account for the minimum dose of green tea, and most of green tea’s weight loss benefits come from its caffeine content. Otherwise, we see a lot of natural sleep aids and not weight loss ingredients. The only study concerning Accelis is one conducted on Banaba leaf otherwise known as lagerstroemia speciosa, and in that individual study they used more than 30mg of banaba to get control of blood glucose levels, not weight.
Overall Conclusion
One bottle of accelis will last you about 20 days if you only take 2 capsules per day, and it will cost you $22.95. Frankly speaking, Accelis does not have the right ingredients, it does not have the right amounts, and ultimately speaking, it is more likely to cause side effects of various types than anything else.
