About Adipex-P

This product, which was created by Gate Pharmaceuticals in 1990, is supposedly an appetite suppressant that can help you lose all the weight you want. It is basically the American version of an Israeli based company called Teva Pharmaceuticals which specializes in only this particular product and spends its time perfecting and making corrections to it regularly. This product can only be obtained if you have a prescription from your doctor and it is only allowed for those who are considered obese.

The reason you must have your doctor’s permission to take this product is because the main ingredient in Adipex-P is phentermine which is a highly effective weight loss ingredient that is used in the most effective products out there. Phentermine is considered an anorectic and acts as an effective appetite suppressant. Phentermine is also FDA approved but because of its potency, it is not open to the general public. This product does not contain ephedra which is an illegal weight loss ingredient.

One thing that we don’t like about this product, however, is that there are no customer testimonials or any doctor’s testimonials on the company web site. You would think that they would at least have doctors giving their opinions on the product. Another thing that we don’t like about this product is that people who have taken this product claim that they have trouble sleeping because of Adipex-P. Further, this product seems to be highly effective for a short amount of time before it starts to wear off and never work again.

Overall, this product does contain some good things. However, we don’t like that you have to have a prescription to get it. There are plenty of other products out there that will work and that you don’t have to go through your doctor to get. We recommend that you do a bit more research and find something that is a bit more accessible first, and if that doesn’t work then you can speak to your doctor about Adipex-P.
