These claims help manufacturers sell products that don’t always live up to these claims. The problem is that there is more to a good weight loss pill than fancy advertising. Does AdrenaLean have what it takes to be a safe, effective weight loss pill?

The AdrenaLean Blend

AdrenaLean uses a blend of Caffeine anhydrous, Hoodia gordonii, Synephrine, Yohimbine, calcium carbonate, and Sodium bicarbonate. Each of these ingredients is supposed to produce long-lasting weight loss.

If you are familiar with weight loss pills, you may recognize the names synephrine and hoodia. Synephrine is supposed to produce the same positive results as Ephedra; without also causing the serious side effects that this latter ingredient caused.

Hoodia is popular because it is frequently highlighted in advertising.

Just because these ingredients are popular, does not mean they are effective. Hoodia has been clinically tested. Some of the tests showed that this ingredient can promote weight loss. Unfortunately, the tests involved animals. Besides the fact that these tests concern people who are vegans, the test results could not be duplicated on humans. Another ingredient in AdrenaLean, yohimbine, has never been clinically proven to burn fat or promote fat weight loss. In fact, yohimbine is mainly used as an aphrodisiac. Yohimbine has been know to cause side effects like heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage. Considering that the ingredient is dangerous and doesn’t help people lose weight, there is no reason why it should be used in this weight loss pill.

There Are Some Effective Ingredients

AdrenaLean does have some clinically proven ingredients; both of which are stimulants. Caffeine and Synephrine can give you energy and increase your metabolism. They can also cause side effects like jitters, insomnia, headaches, and dizziness.

AdrenaLean does not have a strong dose of these stimulants; so it is less likely to cause side effects. It is also less likely to produce any results with the help of these ingredients.
