Advalean understands that there are many reasons why losing weight is so hard. They understand that not everyone has trouble for the same reason. Therefore, they have come up with a pill that is supposed to help you lose weight by attacking fat from 6 different angles. They seem to be trying to be the pill for everyone so lets see how well they succeed.

How Does Advalean Work?

What are the 6 different approaches Advalean takes? Well it has 6 different proprietary blends to each target a specific weight loss issue. The first blend is green tea based to help you increase your metabolism. The second is an herb based formula containing Ginseng to help you increase your energy. There is another blend to support your Thyroid that contains Bovine, and another blend to control your appetite that contains Hoodia. The last blend is to help your body block fat and carbs through the use of Chromium Polynicotinate.

When we looked at each individual blend we only say that a few of them even contain useful ingredients. The energy blend contains Ginseng which is basically a source of caffeine so it will most likely really boost your energy. The other blend that most likely works is the metabolism boosting blend due to the green tea content. We also thought that the appetite control blend may indeed help you control your appetite, but it may also be dangerous. It contains a few ingredients that have been linked to serious side effects.

Final Thoughts

The other blends in Advalean do not seem to be effective in burning fat at all. We also didn’t like the fact that you don’t how much of each ingredient you’re getting. The amount of each blend in Advalean is listed, but the amounts of individual ingredients is not. With the metabolism blend we think it may provide benefits, but because we don’t know how much green tea you’re actually getting we really can’t be sure. We recommend that you find a product that provides more information, and more effective ingredients.
