Advocare Carb-Ease

Advocare Carb-EaseThere are literally hundreds of diet pills available spanning every possible approach to weight loss. I’ve even seen one that supposedly helped diabetics to control blood sugar and lose weight. But fat blockers and carb blockers are pretty sketchy. Think about it for a moment with me.

Carb and fat blockers are created to help you to “maximize the potential of a low fat or low carb diet.” It’s sketchy in part, because most products say something about “making up for your imperfections”, even going so far as to say that carb blockers/fat blockers don’t require diet or exercise. Carb and fat blockers are meant to be combined with specific diets. If you do not want to follow a low carb diet, carb blockers aren’t going to do you any good. It sounds like the biggest excuse in history to me!

Carb Blockers Can Be Effective

The good news is that for those who want to use products like Advocare Carb-Ease, there are some that work. If you are ready to dedicate yourself to a specific low carb diet, carb blockers block a certain percentage of your carb intake, reducing carb absorption and therefore increasing fat burning. It’s hard to tell the difference, because on its own, a successful low carb diet promotes significant weight loss. But that’s why so many companies capitalize on it. Most consumers will keep buying carb blockers, because it is assumed that if you are losing weight, the pills must be doing something.

The Bad News About Advocare Carb-Ease

There are definitely carb blockers that work. But Advocare Carb-Ease is not one of them. Carb blockers that work use substantial amounts of ingredients like white kidney bean, which Advocare Carb-Ease does not have. The only ingredients in Advocare Carb-Ease are blood glucose controllers used as secondary ingredients to control carb cravings.

Advocare Carb-Ease does use green tea, a popular fat burner. But like everything else in Advocare Carb-Ease, creators do not disclose the amounts used, meaning Advocare Carb-Ease does not have the clinically proven doses, which is not wholly surprising.

The End Story

Advocare Carb-Ease does not make you think that you can lose weight without diet and exercise. Makers make it abundantly clear that Advocare Carb-Ease is meant to increase the effectiveness of a low carb diet. But without any clinically proven ingredients, amounts, or other approaches necessary to oh clinically proven weight loss, it really doesn’t matter what the company website or advertisements say. There’s no point in buying that particular product.
