Advocare ThermoPlus is a new diet pill that only seems to have popped up in the last few months. It’s pretty basic. There are no flashy headers with “#1 diet pill” or similar lines. Advocare ThermoPlus is described as a fat burner that also suppresses appetite. Is the advertising boring? Absolutely. But then again, flashy usually translates into overcompensation and an ineffective product. Considering all of this, I initially had high hopes for Advocare ThermoPlus.

What is Advocare ThermoPlus?

Advocare ThermoPlus is a very basic blend of stimulants like guarana and oolong tea coupled with B vitamins thiamine and niacin. It’s really pretty simple, Advocare ThermoPlus is a caffeine pill. And if Advocare ThermoPlus were to say “you know what, this diet pill fights occasional fatigue, but it doesn’t burn fat,” that would be fine. Just take a look at the advertising, it doesn’t say that.

Is Advocare ThermoPlus Truly Effective?

Advocare ThermoPlus obviously wants you to think that this product is clinically proven, and why not. It has clinically proven oolong tea (even if the rest of the ingredients have nothing to do with weight loss). The problem I run into is that Advocare ThermoPlus uses a proprietary blend.

All I ask is that Advocare ThermoPlus use the clinically proven 400mg of oolong tea, which is not much to ask. But the fact that Advocare ThermoPlus uses a proprietary blend guarantees that this formula does not. From past experience, I can say that it may lead to jitters, insomnia, and other side effects. But amazing fat burning, not a chance.

Advocare ThermoPlus is not the amazing approach that advertisers hope you would imagine. It is nothing more than an underpowered caffeine pill. You could drink a diet coke and get the same effect. It’s harsh, but unfortunately true. If you are serious about getting amazing weight loss results, look somewhere else.
