About AMP Pre-Post Training Pak

AMP Pre-Post Training Pak is the ultimate workout supplementation, using 15 packs of a pre-workout supplement and 15 packs of a post workout supplement to help you to get the best possible results. They claim that it can help you to increase pump and vascularity while reducing muscle fatigue and speeding up muscle recovery. Ultimately speaking, AMP Pre-Post Training Pak is meant to be the best possible supplementation for all of your needs.

But is there any truth to it? To be honest not really. Yes, they do have some proven caffeine based fat burners. But honestly, this is not meant to be a fat burner, it’s meant to be a workout supplement pack, there is a huge difference. And realistically speaking the ingredients should therefore be extremely different. For one thing, you never really want a glorified caffeine pill. But you definitely don’t want it here, and that is exactly what they are giving you. They give you a number of different caffeines in amounts too small to actually show results and only that.

And yet, those caffeines still cause side effects. And they also have a natural aphrodisiac that has nothing to do with anything and yet still causes even more serious side effects comparable even to ephedra. So all in all, AMP Pre-Post Training Pak is not meant to work. It literally mimics many other 30 day supply caffeine based diet pills that sell a 30 day supply for less than ½ of what they’re trying to sell a 15 day supply for.

So as you can see, AMP Pre-Post Training Pak is in every way a rip off. It does not have the right ingredients, it does not have the right amounts. It does not really have anything that you would need, and it will still cause side effects. So obviously enough, there are far better options out there.
