Anatril is a carb blocker that is based on the famous acai berry. It is supposed to help you block up to 114 grams of carbs and sugars so you can eat more of the food you love. It contains a proprietary blend that is supposed to help your body stop the production of the starch-digesting enzyme. This will stop your body from absorbing and digesting too many carbsso that you will excrete them instead of store them. At least that is the idea, but does it really work?

Anatril contains acai berry and Phaseolus Vulgaris as the two main ingredients. Phaseolus Vulgaris is actually a bean that can be toxic if not cooked correctly. It has been clinically tested, and shown effective in reducing BMI and fat mass when taken in amounts as high as 445 mg daily. The other ingredient, acai berry extract, has been very popular in weight loss pills. The berry itself contains many antioxidants, and is very good for your health. However, in a pill form those antioxidants are not in a usable form for the body. It also contains green tea extract which can boost metabolism if contained in at least 400 mg.
