What is Appesat?

Appesat makes modest claims about helping you to finally achieve your healthy weight by helping you to learn what a healthy lifestyle is. But then again, so does Alli, which most people have complained about side effects with and not raved about results to be quite honest. But they give the right idea with encouraging a healthy lifestyle and smaller portions to some degree. They claim that Appesat can give you effective and completely stimulant free weight loss results, and with Appesat, you will even get some other benefits. but does it work?

How does Appesat work?

The only ingredient in Appesat is called bioginate complex, a patented fiber complex extracted from the seaweed laminaria digitata and can be carefully harvested from the French Atlantic coast. Now when it comes to seaweed, there is one called fucoxanthin. They have speculated that it may promote weight loss. Unfortunately, all of the studies have been on rats, and it has all been one and only one lab and group of researchers. So it’s questionable at best. This being said, fucoxanthin has been said to burn fat, and it is harvested off the coast of Japan. These are obviously not the same ingredients, and no other seaweed has been proven to promote weight loss at all. Even if they had, they would burn fat. They would not suppress appetite. So their ingredient is completely useless.

Overall Conclusion

We would not recommend using Appesat. Appesat does not have what it takes, and its ingredient truly remains a mystery. We’re not even sure which side effects may be associated with it. The important thing to note however is the fact that it does not promote any weight loss results including appetite suppression. So you would definitely be better off using something else.
