About Appesat

Appesat makes modest claims about helping you to finally achieve your healthy weight by helping you to learn what a healthy lifestyle is. But then again, so does Alli, which most people have complained about side effects with and not raved about results to be quite honest. But they give the right idea with encouraging a healthy lifestyle and smaller portions to some degree. Our worry is, especially being that they don’t actually provide ingredients list or any real information, that the side effects can be likened to those of Alli, or the product isn’t actually meant to help you and their diet and exercise support provided is meant more to cover that fact. For that reason, at this time, we would not actually suggest using Appesat. However, that does not completely rule out the idea that it could work. It just means that it is unlikely considering all the information given.
