Is Aquadrene really effective in weight loss? Well that depends on what you consider effective. Yes it will help you lose a few pounds. The thing you need to know though is that those few pounds will mainly be water weight. Aqudrene works by stimulating the urinary system in order to increase urine production. It acts as a diuretic on the kidneys to increase output.

The effects that Aquadrene has on the body can be both good and bad. If you frequently suffer from UTI it has some good ingredients such as dandelion root and cranberry that will help to balance the pH in your urinary tract, and may get rid of bad bacteria. However, if used too much it can cause electrolyte depletion and dehydration. It is important to consult your doctor before using to know what effects it will have on your body.
