What is AquaFull?

A drink mix to be used with Fullbar, Aquafull claims that it can suppress your appetite when drunk 30 minutes before each meal. Fullbar is the one you might see on TV claiming that it can substitute for a gastric bypass surgery, but of course without the surgery. They claim that AquaFull was created by a qualified plastic surgeon and weight loss surgeon, and therefore they must know what they are talking about! With AquaFull, you will shrink your stomach and eat less, over time losing more weight than without!

How does AquaFull work?

They don’t provide an ingredients list, but from the description probably use a small amount of glucomannan, not the proven 1000mg. On the other hand, Aquafull uses 1000mg green tea and 100mg gymnema sylvestre. Obviously, green tea has been proven to promote weight loss and fat burning. Green tea has been through literally hundreds of valid clinical studies. Gymnema sylvestre on the other hand does not promote weight loss. It’s meant to control blood sugar.

Is it that great?

Well, obviously only one of their listed ingredients actually promotes weight loss. but in addition to that, they don’t have the amounts of green tea used in all successful clinical studies! So obviously, it really does not have what it takes to promote greater weight loss results. And yet, you could still suffer some side effects commonly associated with the caffeine found in green tea.

Overall Conclusion

We would not recommend using AquaFull. Yes, it’s based on the idea of usinga plastic surgeon’s expertise. But obviously, when it comes to natural weight loss ingredients and supplements, he has no idea what he’s talking about. Performing surgeries every day and creating a natural weight loss supplements are two entirely separate things, and it shows here. AquaFull doesn’t even have any appetite suppressants besides water, which you could get for free.
