According to BeautyBurn AM-PM, it is made to suppress hunger, increase metabolism, and enhance sleep and relaxation for efficient and effective weight loss. In addition, BeautyBurn AM-PM promises to sustain energy all day long.
Does BeautyBurn AM-PM Promote Weight Loss?
BeautyBurn AM-PM uses ingredients that have been through multiple clinical studies as a weight loss supplement. Ingredients such as green tea found in the daytime formula have been studied as weight loss ingredients, and the stimulant free ingredients in the PM formula have been used to enhance lean muscle mass, which can also increase metabolism.
BeautyBurn AM-PM uses ingredients that increase energy during the day. Interestingly enough though, even the PM formula does not have any natural sleep aids. Ideally, the caffeine will pass out of your system before bedtime, but there is nothing to suggest that the nighttime formula will fight insomnia or other sleep problems.
Do You Really Need Both Formulas?
Because BeautyBurn AM-PM offers 2 formulas in each kit, it generally costs more than your average competitor. In this case, we see BeautyBurn AM-PM selling for about $99.99. However, based on what we have seen so far, the ingredients in the BeautyBurn AM-PM formulas could easily be combined into one supplement, especially with no sleep aids involved.
The only thing that would make 2 formulas necessary is the fact that BeautyBurn AM-PM’s AM formula has caffeine, which you would not want to take later in the evening or for that matter, at night.
Is BeautyBurn AM-PM Something to Buy?
BeautyBurn AM-PM uses ingredients that have been through multiple clinical studies. Ingredients like green tea have been proven through multiple clinical studies to burn fat with more caffeine combined with healthy antioxidant benefits.
It uses both stimulant based and stimulant-free ingredients, and BeautyBurn AM-PM uses direct fat burners as well as lean muscle builders that are better for healthy weight maintenance. We’re not sure that BeautyBurn AM-PM has the clinically proven amounts of any of these ingredients, in large part because BeautyBurn AM-PM uses proprietary blends to hide those details.
However, based on all of the information we have so far, we think that this is a good idea. We would like to see a formula that also has sleep aids (in the PM formula), but this may suffice for some.
