It describes itself as “revolutionary”, and of course, Bonita Carb Blocker is supposedly designed to provide both safe and effective results for people who love their carbs. And who doesn’t at least want to have the chance to enjoy a piece of cake, extra fruit, or something else that happens to have a sweet taste from time to time. But it all comes down to what Bonita Carb Blocker has.
How does Bonita Carb Blocker work?
Bonita Carb Blocker uses 3 basic ingredients, the first being chitosan. Chitosan comes from the shells of crustaceans, and it has been used in the past by some to bind and block fats from being absorbed into the body. It can only bind so much, and we’ve found that it works best if you are on a low fat diet. But it seems to be pretty safe and effective if used with a low fat diet.
Second, Bonita Carb Blocker has an ingredient called gymnema sylvestre, which has been used to reduce sugar cravings. Essentially, it seems to control and stabilize blood sugar levels, preventing sudden spikes or drops, and therefore making it easier for you to stay away from carbs and sweets, at least in theory.
