CarboRid uses a mjaor ingredient called phaseolus vulgaris. This blocks some of your carbs from being absorbed into the bloodstream. But in order to achieve these results, you have to be on a low carb diet. If you are not on a low carb diet, you will not achieve any results at all. it is not for cheating.
