The Chia seed diet claims that if you are having trouble cutting your carbs, hate eating bland low fat or health food types of food from the supermarket, are starving, or are tired of spending way too much for boxed diet plans, their diet is for you. They provide you with black and white seeds, which they claim have different benefits. The problem is nobody else is even beginning to back this up. Nobody cares, and nobody has even begun to believe it, because it has no basis in reality or science. If you look at chia seeds, it’s not like other nutrient dense foods where they may promote weight loss if incorporated in whole form into your diet because of their nutrient dense qualities. It has nothing.
