Cylaris
Referred to by some as the “world’s strongest weight loss formula,” Cylaris claims that scientific evidence only verifies their claim. So what is this scientific proof? They claim that those using Cylaris lost 14.52Ibs in 8 weeks as opposed to 5.06Ibs with a placebo. They then go on to promise that in 8 weeks, you can lose 32Ibs, even though test subjects only lost a supposed 14.52Ibs in that 8 week period. So the question is, how does Cylaris actually work? Does Cylaris actually have the right ingredients or the right amounts?
How does Cylaris work?
So now for the truth. There have been no successful studies conducted on Cylaris. The study they are referring to doesn’t exist or isn’t published in publications we searched. There are studies on Cissus quadrangularis, an ingredient they happen to use. But none of those name any specific numbers such as how much the placebo group lost vs the Cissus quadrangularis group, just if the differences were statistically significant. And all of those studies used a significant amount of cissus quadrangularis, something that Cylaris does not do. In fact, they used about 1000mg or more one might estimate.
Overall Conclusion
All in all, you can listen to fancy advertising and buy Cylaris, or you can actually look at the formula and the little information they do provide and buy something else. Cylaris does not have the right ingredients, nor does Cylaris actually have the right amounts. It is more likely to cause side effects than anything else, and we would definitely recommend looking into other options.
