Diet Fuel
A TwinLab product, Diet Fuel promised to help you to achieve better benefits and results than ever before. With Diet Fuel, you can finally burn more fat and lose more weight while getting none of the associated hassle.
The manufacturer claims that Diet Fuel uses the best ingredients and has a scientifically advanced formula. But the question is, does Diet Fuel actually work? Does Diet Fuel actually give you any of what you are looking for?
Diet Fuel Ingredients
Diet Fuel has as blend of ingredients called the Thermogenic Energy Enhancing Complex. In this complex are commonly used weight loss ingredients like Green Tea extract, Acai extract, Yerba Mate extract, and BioVin Red Wine extract.
Green Tea extract is one of the best weight loss ingredients, when used in the right amount. It can suppress appetite, increase metabolism, and lower blood sugar levels. Yerba Mate extract has caffeine in it, which is known for increasing thermogenesis in your body. This is a process where your body temperature rises and causes fat to burn.
Besides the ingredients in the Thermogenic Energy Enhancing Complex, Diet Fuel has Vitamin D and Chromium. Chromium is also a great natural weight loss ingredient. One serving of Diet Fuel has 133 mcg of Chromium which is 110% of your daily value.
The Facts About Diet Fuel
Diet Fuel does have some ingredients that could help you lose. We know that it has a strong dose of Chromium, and so this ingredient should be effective.
However, the Thermogenic Energy Enhancing Complex is a proprietary blend that totals 776 mg. The problem with proprietary blends is that they only tell us the total amounts, not the individual amounts. Unless the correct amount of each individual ingredient is used, they will not be effective.
Most of the ingredients in Diet Fuel are natural, which is good. They are less likely to cause side effects. But Diet Fuel does have regular caffeine as well as the caffeine found in Yerba Mate extract. People who are sensitive to caffeine may experience minor side effects caused by this ingredient. It enhances fat burn and energy, but may also make your feel jittery, lightheaded, dizzy, and restless.
Our Opinion of Diet Fuel
We would not recommend that you try Diet Fuel. There is nothing wrong with the formula, but we just don’t think that the ingredient amounts are going to be strong enough. There is a chance that it will also cause side effects.
We suggest that you look for a weight loss pill that has that same ingredients as Diet Fuel, but has them in the clinically proven, recommended amounts.
