They claim that F Block Xtra will finally help you to burn more fat, block fat, and achieve better results with essential nutrients and all natural ingredients that will not cause any major side effects. They say that F Block Xtra will help you to achieve weight loss the easy way. But the question is, does F Block Xtra actually work? Does F Block Xtra actually give you any benefits at all?

F Block Xtra ingredients include chitosan, lipase, calcium sulfate, and vegetable cellulose. Now they do have the one ingredient known as chitosan. Chitosan comes from crustacean shells, and it has been shown to effectively speaking block a certain percentage of your greater fat intake. This being said, if you are on a low fat diet, you can see results. However, without a low fat diet, it really only causes some diarrhea and otherwise.

The other ingredients found in F Block Xtra do not promote weight loss at all. Some of them are essential nutrients like vitamin C and calcium for example. But they don’t promote fat blocking, fat burning, appetite suppression, or anything else. And ultimately speaking, they don’t even have the right amount of chitosan to go with a low fat diet.

We would not recommend using F Block Xtra. F Block Xtra does not promote weight loss, and with the specifications in diet that they leave out, you are more likely to suffer side effects than anything else like diarrhea for example. There are without question more effective and better options in general if you know where you are looking.
