We are not entirely sure where Slim 30 proposes it is getting its fat burning or appetite suppressing powers from. This product does not contain a single weight loss ingredient. Chinese hawthorn fruit may indeed be a valuable and all natural tool when it comes to boosting the health of your heart but it has never been proven or shown to have any fat burning or appetite suppressing capacity whatsoever. Oyster shell is basically another source of calcium, which is good, but irrelevant for reaching your weight loss goals. The only ingredient that could even be considered weight loss related, and that is still stretching, is sickle pod senna seed which is often used as a laxative. But any weight loss accomplished through laxative use is easily regained as it is only water weight.

So how does it work? Caralluma Burn uses a blend of ingredients such as Caralluma Fimbriata, water, and cellulose. Really not a very diverse weight loss pill. It is really only designed to do one thing; help you eat less.
Caralluma Fimbriata comes from India and is used as a spice in many of their foods. It is supposed to be a very effective appetite suppressant when taken 30 minutes before your big meals. However, there have not been any studies that have linked it with weight loss. We found that people do lose weight with this, but we suspect it is more because of the Weight Management Program that come along with it.

The Weight Management Program gives diet tips and a weight loss program. By eating healthier people will automatically see weight loss. It is very doubtful that this one ingredient would be effective enough to really lead to weight loss on its own. We suggest you find products that have more than one effective ingredient, and that tell you how much is in it. This product does not actually give any information on how much of this magical famine plant is actually found in the pills.

All 10 of the above ingredients are patented for weight loss and are considered to be effective to some degree in a weight loss formula. Konjac root is a fiber that is actually effective because of its glucomannan. This has been shown in studies to help people lose weight by helping them to eat less. The other ingredient is cellulose. This is mainly to keep the sprinkle consistency.   

Overall this product is better than many we have reviewed. We’re not sure how it will affect the texture of your food. It says it doesn’t, but that really depends on the foods you are eating. Now this will only work if you’re eating good portions and exercising. However, it is a safe way to lose a few pounds. This is not the best product we’ve reviewed, but if you like the idea of using a sprinkle to lose weight then this is a good option for you. Just remember that you need at least 1 gram of Glucomannan before each meal in order to be effective. That would mean two servings of this before each meal.

So how does it work?  CalmSlim uses a blend of ingredients such as Brindle Berry, Chromium, White Kidney Bean, Rubus Fruit, Gymnema Sylvestre, Cassia Nomame, and Green Tea. The supposed long time secret weight loss formula includes gymnema sylvestre, guggul extract, garcinia cambogia, triphala, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, clary sage, holy basil, bitter melon, bibitaki, salacia reticulate, gotu kola, coleus forskohlii and kelp. All of the ingredients are also said to be ayurvedic herbal ingredients to promote long term weight loss. YogaSlender is menat to be taken 2-3 times a day with 12 ounces of water and can help people lose weight when taken 30 minutes before eating or before exercise.

YogaSlender is also more than just a weight loss supplement; it’s also supposed to clarify the mind while burning unwanted fat. However, the 14 key ingredients are not clinically proven to help people lose weight. The benefits from exercising and dieting aren’t likely to be enhanced very much when you take YogaSlender.

On the positive side, Yoga Slender is on the cheaper end of the scale as far as weight loss supplements go. YogaSlender retails for $16 for 60 capsules. If you’re taking it before every meal, then the price can be very expensive. Overall, YogaSlender isn’t going to be the most effective weight loss supplement.
