GNC Total Lean 7 Day Fast Loss Kit is actually one of a number of GNC kits for weight loss and health in general, and from what we’ve seen, in terms of just the types of products they offer in this kit, it is one of the best products they offer as far as kits go. They claim that this will jump start your diet, and with a meal replacement shake, a daily fat burning pak, and a cleansing program, it is possible that GNC Total Lean 7 Day Fast Loss Kit could give you a more complete approach and for an average of about $20 per product, which is relatively cheap in today’s market.

This in mind, the question is does it actually work? Does it actually give you the ingredients and otherwise to back up the types of products supposedly offered? They do have some good ingredients. For example, for health benefits as a whole, are they to use other ingredients to make the base formula first, we do like seeing other fruits, because it shows a comprehensive approach to some degree.

However, we do not necessarily like meal replacement shakes as much as one might think, because the diet plan in general is not sustainable, and it does get extremely expensive overtime. This being said, in looking at the formulas, unfortunately they have not actually set up the basis for success.
