They look good using 400mg of caffeine. But they don’t actually have the required percentage of 50% caffeine, which actually is the ingredient and component burning fat. This is why caffeine free green tea, which is essentially what this is, does not actually burn fat. This being said, the caffeine will still cause side effects.
