Is it that great?

Hydroxycut Shots were never a good value in the first place. There were never any weight loss ingredients listed. However, since May 1, 2009, Hydroxycut Shots have become one of the 14 recalled Hydroxycut products due to reports of severe renal failure, heart attack, stroke, seizures, and one death. The only ingredients listed in Hydroxycut Shots was caffeine essentially speaking. However, due in part to a recent controversy involving other companies who used undisclosed prescription medications in their products, we are skeptical about the idea that Hydroxycut provided full disclosure of their ingredients either.

Overall Conclusion

Determination of which product and/or which ingredients it may have been are pending at this time. But the FDA has warned that all Hydroxycut use should be stopped immediately, and even if the product is not one of the 14 recalled, we would suggest stopping use of any and all Hydroxycut products at this time, especially if like Hydroxycut Shots, it is one of the 14. And it never actually had the right ingredients or the right approaches to real weight loss in the first place. So obviously, there are far better options.
