Kre-A-Fem
As many amateur bodybuilders and students who work out on the weekends have found out, creatine can be a powerful aid. It pushes water into the space between the muscles and the skin. While it does not promote muscle growth in itself, it provides a temporarily increase in body mass, and the water around the muscles allows you to work out for a longer period of time, therefore attaining greater benefits. The only side effects include water retention and bloating, because creatine works by pushing water into different areas of your body. But Kre-A-Fem, the only creatine product marketed toward women, would have you believe that creatine actually promotes muscle growth in and of itself, and water retention is nothing more than an inconvenience that can be prevented. And this formula is specially made for the female body!
How does Kre-A-Fem work?
Kre-A-Fem does have creatine. And there are some creatines that are more likely to work without such a “creatine bloat.” But Kre-A-Fem does not have them! Moreover, the simple fact is that Kre-A-Fem does not actually have the clinically proven amounts of creatine to produce results in men or women alike. It has a few ingredients that could cause some side effects. But that’s really about it.
Overall Conclusion
They are based on an entirely faulty premise, and they don’t actually use any diuretics or other ingredients that might relieve water retention, even if it prevents creatine from providing the desired results. Essentially speaking, there is no legitimate reason to invest in Kre-A-Fem at any price. It does not have enough creatine for any results, and it is definitely not made for women, let alone any male dieters.
