Lean Xtreme
Lean Xtreme is the latest cortisol sensation to hit the market, promising a “recomposition agent” and a “non-stimulating formula to promote fat burning.” According to the websites and sellers, Lean Xtreme does 4 things, and you can quote this from seller sites:
• “Control cortisol: DON’T let the destructive side of cortisol hold you back!”
• “Maintain mass: Ensure optimal thyroid and testosterone output”
• “No jitters fat loss: Stacks perfectly with the stimulant fat burner of your choice”
• Helps you to get amazing washboard abs
If you’ve learned anything from past experience, and maybe you completely missed the cortisol hype (but I doubt it), you really should know that cortisol pills do not help you to lose weight. Cortisol buildup is a rare medical condition in case you haven’t heard, affecting less than 1% of the population! And frankly, reducing stress is not going to help you to target belly fat.
There have been some cortisol pills in the past that used clinically proven fat burners and other clinically proven weight loss ingredients. But it’s rare. It’s extremely rare! And those companies don’t use the clinically proven amounts. So why did I go into all of this? Because Lean Xtreme is the typical cortisol product! Everything that you just read applies directly to Lean Xtreme!
Lean Xtreme uses clinically proven ingredients like green tea, 7-keto, and coleus forskohlii. But it does not actually use the clinically proven amounts! Instead it uses a small proprietary blend that doesn’t even cover green tea. Green tea requires 400mg, the proprietary blend that is supposed to combine everything uses only 395mg.
So yes, if you look at the reviews of other cortisol products, both old and new, you would essentially be reading about Lean Xtreme. The ingredients vary a little. But that’s about it. The conclusion is the same, the ingredients are generally pretty similar, and all of these products use small proprietary blend. So it really doesn’t matter what the ingredients are anyway.
