I tried the detox first and didn't work, not a pound lost. I have lost 4 pounds in a week using lipofuze. I drink one in the morning and one before lunch with a full glass of water and have felt no side effects, just a bit of heartburn for a few minutes, I burp and it goes away. I'm still hopeful I will loose more pounds. I'll let you know in a month.
