Livea
Livea has been around for a while, but it became popular when it was used by a contestant on The Biggest Loser.
The people who made Livea based the formula off the idea that you need to burn more calories than you eat. They tried to include ingredients in the formula that would increase metabolism and suppress appetite.
The Ingredients in Livea
Livea has a simple blend of all-natural ingredients. The ones that could help you lose weight are Barley Grass Juice, Chlorella Algae, Chlorophyllin, and Alfalfa Leaf. The rest of the ingredients are preservatives and fillers.
None of the ingredient in Livea will actually do very much to increase your metabolism. However, they do have the ability to help you feel fuller, so you don’t feel the need to eat as much food.
The Facts About Livea
We’re not sure how much of a help Livea will be if you want to lose weight. The formula has not been clinically tested and neither have any of the ingredients. Even if the weight loss pill suppresses your appetite, you won’t lose weight unless you are eating healthy food and exercising a lot.
On the plus side, Livea does not contain any stimulants. They can increase your metabolism and give you more energy; but they also cause side effects and crashes.
We don’t like that Livea has fillers like Corn Starch and Magnesium Stearate. The weight loss pill does not have an official website and so we had to find the ingredient list on another site. The only problem is that the ingredient list doesn’t have ingredient amounts. So now there is a lot about Livea that we would like to know and can’t find out. Does it have large amounts of the weight loss ingredients? Or is it mostly made of Corn Starch?
Our Opinion of Livea
We do not recommend that you try Livea unless you are committed to working out regularly and eating a healthy diet. Livea is not a powerful weight loss solution on its own. It is also not a long-term weight loss solution.
There are several problems that we have with this weight loss pill; including the fact that you have to take 7 pills a day! Although most of the ingredients in Livea are natural, they could still potentially cause some side effects.
Rather than spending any time or money on Livea, we suggest that you look at top rated weight loss pills like Adepix or Fenphedra. They have clinically proven ingredients in clinically proven amounts. Either one of these could help you lose more weight than Livea.
