How does Megathin work?
Most of Megathin’s ingredients are vitamins and minerals. Megathin uses ingredients like manganese, betaine, selenium, and choline, all of which make great nutritional supplements. But vitamins and minerals don’t help you to lose weight.
Megathin also uses ingredients like peppermint, which are meant to reduce stomach upset, bloating, etc. But again, these ingredients do not actually help you to lose weight. Ingredients like peppermint are meant to be background ingredients once you have the key ingredients that actually get the job done.
The One Weight Loss Ingredient
The one weight loss ingredient in Megathin is called Siberian ginseng, and it has been used in the past to promote a fat burning effect, because Siberian ginseng is rich in caffeine. And it also has mood lifting benefits because of its ginsenosides. But in order to get the fat burning benefits, you would need at least 400mg, which Megathin does not have.
Is Megathin Truly Effective?
Megathin has all of 1 weight loss ingredient, and it doesn’t have anywhere near the clinically proven amounts. The rest of the ingredients in Megathin have nothing to do with weight loss and are more likely to lead to problems than actual results. But then none of this is particularly surprising.
