MultiVitaSlim

MultiVitaSlim approaches weight loss in a way that most of us would have never thought of: vitamins. According to the makers of MultiVitaSlim, it is made to promote energy and focus, increased metabolic rate, and easy appetite suppression with healthy and essential vitamins. MultiVitaSlim has 2 formulas, and it does have other ingredients that have been through extensive weight loss studies. Let’s take a closer look.

The AM Formula

Created specifically to increase your energy during the day while also helping you to lose weight, MultiVitaSlim starts off with the healthy green tea, which uses caffeine to burn fat, and it is best known for its EGCG antioxidant content, which can significantly improve your health.

In addition to this, the daytime formula also has ingredients such as Irvingia Gabonensis, otherwise known as African mango, which has literally taken the market by storm. African mango has been through multiple human clinical trials over the past 20 years that show that it can burn more fat, suppress appetite, and even control obesity hormones all on its own, and it does not have any stimulants. The best part however is the fact that it only requires 150mg.

The PM Formula

The nighttime formula on the other hand cuts out the caffeine. It still uses green tea for its healthy antioxidant benefits, but it uses a decaffeinated form. The PM formula still uses Irvingia gabonensis, because it can be a powerful weight loss supplement, day or night, and it has plenty of healthy vitamins, just as the name suggests. However, there is one thing that doesn’t quite make sense to us.

One Discrepancy

While MultiVitaSlim has a daytime and a nighttime formula and the main difference is that the daytime formula uses caffeinated green tea as opposed to the decaffeinated green tea in the PM formula, the formulas are quite similar, right down to the use of melatonin in both formulas.

It make sense in the nighttime formula, because melatonin balances the brain to help you to relax and more specifically, to SLEEP. However, if you want more energy during the day, chances are you DON’T want to be using a sleep aid.

How Does It Balance Out?

MultiVitaSlim uses plenty of clinically proven weight loss ingredients, and we can see how it might also promote plenty of health benefits. In fact, we have heard many good reports about MultiVitaSlim and all that it does.

However, if you want a formula that goes beyond MultiVitaSlim’s one shortcoming while also giving you many of the same basic weight loss ingredients, especially African mango, we would recommend checking out a formula called IrvingiAppress. It has a full blend of weight loss ingredients that may even be superior to MultiVitaSlim, and while it only has a daytime formula, it does not use any sleep aids during the day.
