It uses descent ingredients such as coleus forskohlii and advantra-z. But most of the ingredients are relatively worthless, and their entire proprietary blend does not account for the needed quantity of coleus forskohlii. The truth is that it will probably cause significant side effects with baseless ingredients like yohimbine, weight loss just won’t be one of them.
