Phentramine is a weight loss supplement that says it is “so effective in reducing your appetite, controlling blood sugar levels and cravings that some people may experience rapid weight loss.” We won’t deny that appetite suppression can be an invaluable element in a weight loss program but, unfortunately, products can boast of things that they can’t actually deliver. The best way to determine whether a product can live up to its own hype is to carefully consider its catalog of ingredients. This is quite simple in regard to Phentramine as it lists only one ingredient as its main weight loss agent; hoodia gordonii.

Hoodia gordonii is a purported appetite suppressant. Hoodia is extract from a South African plant that is currently banned from being exported from its native country. We aren’t sure how anyway can get to this ingredient but that is besides the points as it is completely ineffectual. Hoodia has been thoroughly researched due to the explosion of notoriety is has recently come to gain. This fame is unwarranted as this ingredient has been shown to have no weight loss merit at all. Further concerns for those using this product are the issues that Phentramine is not considered safe for those with a family history of any serious disease, a family history of mental illness, any particular allergies, a thyroid disorder, or diabetes. You should also be aware that this product may cause you to have an allergic reaction, potential liver failure and as yet unknown side effects as well.

Phentramine cannot help you achieve your weight loss hopes and dreams. This product is just taking up space on the weight loss supplement shelves and, should you purchase it, it will just take up space in your medicine cabinet or your stomach. It would be a complete waste of your time. There are a plethora of products that contain proven ingredients in the right amounts and they generally don’t cost as much as the $69 Phentramine asks for.
