Precision Engineered Fireball claims that they can burn fat and increase metabolism, which is technically true with the right amounts of some of the caffeine based ingredients they use such as caffeine and green tea. What they forget is the fine details, such as the fact that green tea requires at least 400mg if not more to produce fat burning or other benefits. They use half that. This formula will cause side effects, but not really weight loss benefits, which is an unfortunate detail they would prefer that you not know. If you are extremely sensitive to caffeine, you may see some results. But more likely, you will just see the side effects.
