Everslim
Everslim claims to be a 24 hour weight loss supplement specifically for women trying to lose old pregnancy weight. Everslim daytime contains garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, soy phospholipids, green tea, caffeine anhydrous, calcium, chromium, and potassium. The night time formula contains most of the same ingredients, but without the caffeine and with valerian root and melatonin. They market it as the "first doctor-formulated, patent pending weight loss supplement for women who have had children."
The Good: The Everslim website sites a clinical study conducted on the combination of three of their ingredients to back its efficacy as a diet pill. They use a descent list of ingredients, and the product is available through a number of third party retailers and discount stores.
The Bad: Everslim unfortunately uses a proprietary blend, which is a fancy way of saying they're not going to tell you what is actually in the mix. Second, the 3 ingredients tested were tested in larger amounts than Everslim could actually use given their proprietary blend. There are no gender specific ingredients included. In fact most of them can be found in a number of other competitors. And even though they claim it is "doctor-formulated", they don't provide the name of the supposed doctor, which leads me to believe there is none.
The Skinny: Everslim seems like a descent enough product. It contains some effective ingredients. But with the proprietary blend, I can't say how effective they could be. But in any amount, I don't know that the ingredients they use could provide the promised results.
