The Good: The newest version of TRIMSPA, these capsules dissolve 3.6 times faster than the X32 tablets. Already an effective appetite suppressor, this version maintains the solid base of ingredients shown to drop as much as 3 pounds per week. This is a value product with sound results.
The Bad: Since Trimspa reformulated to not include ephedra, which is banned in the US, their labels no longer indicate the amount of each ingredient. This makes it impossible to properly evaluate the effectiveness of the concoction. However, a close examination at the ingredient list reveals that the glucosamine in Trimspa increases blood glucose, in effect, worsening glucose tolerance. Lastly, consumers need to beware of the slew of side effects associated with use.
