WonderSlim
WonderSlim has become one of the most popular meal replacement programs. It hasn’t eclipsed Jenny Craig yet; that would be nearly impossible to do. But it appears to be a copycat of a product line called MediFast.
What is the WonderSlim Diet?
The WonderSlim Diet gives you plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even meal replacements. It has some soups, salads, etc. But it also has candy, snack bars, protein bars, etc., all perfectly balanced to make sure that your body can properly lose weight.
WonderSlim focuses mostly on the protein in your diet. It gives you 50 different proteins options ranging from drinks to food to shakes. The weight loss diet also gives you daily meal plans, online resources, and meets all FDA specifications; which is something they’re required to do. Unfortunately, the WonderSlim Diet may not be as effective as you would hope.
The Truth About the WonderSlim Diet
Just like NutriSystem, MediFast, Jenny Craig, and other meal plans, WonderSlim focuses on taking the foods that you like to eat, and making them healthy. Yes, it may taste like cardboard; but technically you’re getting chocolate cake.
The Good
• Makes it easy to lose weight when you follow the diet exactly
The Bad
• Makes you dependent on the weight loss diet
• Does not teach you anything about healthy foods
• Costs more than most people can afford to pay
• You will gain all of the weight back after the diet is over
• A lot of people complained that the food tasted terrible
The End Story
The people who made the WonderSlim Diet are saying that it is the ultimate way to lose weight through a structured diet plan. Well the weight loss diet is definitely structured; but it is not sustainable. This creates an obvious problem for people who are serious about losing weight and keeping it off for good. WonderSlim may help you to lose weight at first. But you may end up more disappointed than pleased when you gain it all back.
