Xenadrine NRG is marketed as the next generation in weight loss products. The manufacturers call their extended-release formula a revolution on the supplement market. This extended-release formula has been implemented as Xenadrine NRG is extremely stimulant heavy, a practice that is becoming more common since the FDA’s ban on ephedra. The theory is that by added a time-release component to their product Xenadrine NRG can utilize the fat burning powers of stimulants without exacting the severe side effects on their consumers. This is a worthwhile notion and something that, as customers, we can appreciate in a supplement company.
Xenadrine NRG is caffeine heavy with the caffeine is hidden in ingredients such as yerba mate, guarana, green tea leaf and green coffee bean extract. These are all common ingredients for dietary aids but they do contain a significant amount of caffeine and that is worth noting. Green Tea is an oft used ingredient for the supplement market as it has an extensive amount of scientific evidence and clinical documentation to validate its place in any supplement formula.
Xenadrine NRG is not a particularly stellar compound but their ingredients are well-founded and the extended-release option is interesting. We advise caution when approaching this product, especially for those with caffeine sensitivity. Interestingly enough, while they definitely have enough caffeine to cause side effects, and if anything, this is a glorified caffeine pill, they do not have enough to actually promote weight loss results. So you would just be wasting your time for nothing.
