Xenadrine Xtreme
If you’ve heard rumors about Xenadrine products, you’re not alone. I have too. The most ridiculous one was when somebody told me that marines in basic training lose weight because marines are required to take Xenadrine. Anybody who has actually been to basic training knows this is laughable.
But the rumors about the new Xenadrine Xtreme may be right. Xenadrine Xtreme first caught my attention, because I’ve heard people around me calling it “revolutionary.” Revolutionary for Xenadrine could mean that users no longer have to put up with nasty side effects. It could mean that Xenadrine Xtreme could help women to lose 2 pounds! Xenadrine products in the past have not been particularly reliable.
And with so many fat burners out there, it’s hard to tell. The fact is that most female diet pills do not cater to women. In fact, some even use male specific testosterone boosters! I wrote this review to cover Xenadrine Xtreme and see if it’s really the revolution it’s rumored to be.
What is in Xenadrine Xtreme?
Caffeine anhydrous – Caffeine in any form is one of the most popular fat burners currently available. Xenadrine Xtreme seems to use a pretty small dose, meaning no fat burning, but side effects are possible.
Lady’s mantle, olive leaf, cumin, wild mint – At first glance, this looks ridiculous. Who in the world would use cumin or mint to lose weight?!?!?! But when you combine these 4 specific ingredients, studies show that users lost 20.94 pounds in 12 weeks while the placebo group lost 1.7 pounds in the same time frame with a low calorie diet.
GABA – From time to time, I see this ingredient, and to be honest, I don’t mind it as long as that product has a solid weight loss foundation. GABA enhances energy and mood, which can be a nice added benefit.
L-tyrosine – Again, I don’t see this as a primary ingredient. But when used correctly, l-tyrosine can help you to maintain healthy lean muscle mass. But it does not directly lead to weight loss.
Xenadrine Xtreme Clinical Proof
There are two studies that back Xenadrine Xtreme or at least the major part of its blend. One study, conducted over 12 weeks, had subjects losing about 21 pounds on the test blend and 1.7 pounds with the placebo. The other study, an 8 week study, showed that the average test subject lost 17 pounds as opposed to 1.73 pounds with a placebo.
The End Story
Xenadrine is a long story. But it seems that maybe, just maybe, Xenadrine Xtreme has finally found its way. Xenadrine Xtreme may not be female specific, and it definitely doesn’t have the “female friendly” ingredients described. But it does have a clinically proven blend that could really work.
