This comes from Dymatize, and they claim that because of their big company name and the fact that they sell on sites like bodybuilding.com, you will finally get all of the results that have always been just outside your reach.

Xpand Xtreme Pump has some good ingredients for certain purposes. For example, it does actually have creatine, which is one of the best known workout supplements meant to provide your muscles with greater energy in general. They also have amino acids, which can feed the muscles.

The problem is that these ingredients do not actually build muscles. And with the low amounts of creatine found, it will not even give you those energy based results. They focus on amino acids. But amino acids are really the background ingredients at best. They do not actually promote many of the benefits one might think of, and realistically they are not the muscle builders one need focus on. Instead, they should have focused on creatine, and they would have quite frankly had they actually had the right amounts. They would have also used other good ingredients were they actually planning on producing greater results.

We would definitely recommend something besides Xpand Xtreme Pump. Xpand Xtreme Pump will not give you results, it will not give you benefits, and honestly speaking, there are far better options out there than Xpand Xtreme Pump. It is just a waste of time and money, and obviously it won’t really work out.
