Xpand Xtreme Pump has some good ingredients for certain purposes. For example, it does actually have creatine, which is one of the best known workout supplements meant to provide your muscles with greater energy in general. They also have amino acids, which can feed the muscles.

The problem is that these ingredients do not actually build muscles. And with the low amounts of creatine found, it will not even give you those energy based results. They focus on amino acids. But amino acids are really the background ingredients at best. They do not actually promote many of the benefits one might think of, and realistically they are not the muscle builders one need focus on.
