I’ve seen prices as high as about $40 and as low as about $20 on Zipfizz. And all of these companies obviously make sales, because the $40 sites maintain the same price month after month. So do your due diligence and shop around. But you shouldn’t limit your shopping around to simply get the best price. You should also make sure that you are getting the right product!

Yes Zipfizz has done quite well in the energy boosting supplement industry. But all you have to do is use a little caffeine (25-50mg) and sell through the right stores (like Target). Weight loss is a whole other ball game. It’s hard to find products that work when looking at companies that have been around for 20 years or more! How can you expect a newbie to get it right the first time around?

How does Zipfizz work?

Zipfizz uses a simple blend of just 3 ingredients: Phaseolamin, Nopal cactus, and Hoodia.

I’ve seen other products with the same basic aim. Zipfizz’s ingredients supposedly suppress appetite, block fat, and block carbs at the same time. But it’s a little questionable. Most fat blockers and carb blockers have not been extensively studied. So we don’t necessarily know how effective they can be or how safe. But some seem pleased with the results of these ingredients in other products. Hoodia on the other hand is a different story.

The Hoodia Myth

Unfortunately, hoodia has been tested quite a few different times. And so far, every single study shows that hoodia does not have any clinically proven benefits. Actually, a lot of studies have specifically tried to prove that hoodia suppresses appetite, and clearly all have failed.

The End Story

Zipfizz has some positive reviews, which means at least to me that Zipfizz might be safe and there may be some people seeing carb and fat blocking results. But I doubt that it includes appetite suppression, unless of course you are talking about the appetite suppressing benefits of water.
